Our commitment

We comply with Singapore's Prevention of Corruption Act and with applicable anti-bribery laws in the markets we serve. We compete on the genuineness of our parts, the quality of our documentation, and fair pricing — never through improper payments.

Bribery and improper payments

We do not offer, give, request or accept any bribe, kickback or other improper advantage, whether involving public officials or private parties, directly or through third parties. This includes facilitation payments. Any payment we make is for genuine goods or services, properly recorded and supported by documentation.

Gifts and hospitality

Reasonable, occasional and transparent business courtesies are acceptable only where they are lawful, modest, not intended to influence a decision improperly, and would not cause embarrassment if disclosed. Anything beyond this is not permitted.

Trade, sanctions and documentation

We provide accurate export documentation, including correct part descriptions, values and origin, and we do not falsify Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Conformity or customs paperwork. We expect buyers to comply with the import laws and any sanctions or trade controls applicable to their market.

Third parties

We expect our suppliers, agents and freight partners to uphold the same standards. We may decline or end a relationship where there is credible concern about corrupt conduct.

Raising concerns

If you become aware of conduct that may breach this policy in connection with our business, please report it to us through the enquiry form on this website. We treat reports seriously and confidentially, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
