Data Protection Policy
ALLTRADE ENTERPRISES PTE LTD respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Last updated June 2026.
What we collect
When you submit a request for quotation or otherwise contact us, we collect the business and contact details you provide — typically company name, contact person, email, phone or messaging number, destination country, and the part details, files and notes you send. Our servers also record standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, prepare export documentation, keep records required for our business and tax obligations, and protect the site against spam and abuse. We process this data to take steps at your request and for our legitimate business interest in operating a B2B parts supply service.
How we share it
We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed to fulfil your enquiry — for example with suppliers, freight forwarders and document-issuing bodies — and with service providers that operate our email and hosting, who are bound to protect it. We may disclose data where required by law.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including access controls and encrypted transport.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to ongoing use, subject to legal and contractual limits. To make a request, please use the enquiry form on this website and our Data Protection contact will respond.
