Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to quotations, orders and supply of automotive spare parts by ALLTRADE ENTERPRISES PTE LTD. They sit alongside any specific written quotation, which prevails where there is a conflict. Last updated June 2026.

Quotations and orders

A request for quotation (RFQ) is not an order. We confirm each line against the manufacturer part number, chassis or VIN and issue a written quotation with genuine part references, prices and lead times. An order is accepted only when confirmed by us in writing after your written acceptance. Quotations are valid for the period stated, and are subject to stock and supplier confirmation at the time of order.

Genuine parts and substitutions

We supply genuine or OEM-origin parts and state clearly when only an OEM-equivalent is available. We do not knowingly supply counterfeit or imitation parts represented as genuine. Where a manufacturer supersedes a part number, we may supply the superseding genuine reference and will note this on the quotation.

Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are quoted in the currency and incoterms stated on the quotation and exclude destination duties and taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set out in the quotation. Goods may remain our property until payment is received in full.

Ex-stock and indent orders

Fast-moving service parts may be available ex-stock for urgent orders. Other references are placed on indent and planned into a consolidated shipment to reduce per-unit freight. Indicative lead times are confirmed on the quotation and may be affected by manufacturer and freight factors outside our control.

Shipping, consolidation and documentation

We export from Singapore and can consolidate multiple orders into one shipment. We provide the commercial invoice and packing list, and where required a Certificate of Origin or Certificate of Conformity. The buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties and any destination-market approvals unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Inspection, returns and warranty

Please inspect goods on receipt and notify us in writing of any shortage, damage or discrepancy within the period stated on the quotation. Genuine parts carry the applicable manufacturer warranty where one exists. Returns are handled in line with the quotation and the relevant supplier's policy.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from vehicle downtime, save where liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
